Contributed to research, design and refining product user experience, functionality and aesthetics for clients such as Impulse Fitness, INRED, Kingstar Fitness, Qingdao Haishuo Fitness, and Shandong BaoDeLong Fitness.
Researched and simulated user interaction with fitness equipment, analyzed user psychology and habits, and developed prioritized design solutions for button size, layout and positioning.
Refined treadmill design aesthetics using Rhino, collaborated with senior designers and product structure engineers to assess and modify the feasibility of existing models for injection molding, while also learning the basics of Creo.

AR Helmet China, Guangzhou
Independent Project
2024 Jan - Mar
In response to the high frequency of delivery accidents, occurring every five minutes on average in China, designed an AR helmet for delivery workers and electric scooter riders to reduce phone checks and enhance safety.
Created high-quality renderings to convey design concepts, designed product packaging, and simulated the implementation process for both product appearance and packaging.
Conducted in-depth analysis of the food delivery process, designed the UI for AR goggles in Figma, ensuring that the interface sequence and scenarios were optimized without impairing the wearer’s vision.

Researched the finned tube heat exchanger to obtain the finned tube with higher heat exchange efficiency through different stamping processes, and made the 3D mold in Creo CAD
Fabricated a chemical etching device for tubes and assessed heat exchange efficiency with R134A on etched aluminum, copper, and laser-engraved copper tubes

o Strong expertise in product appearance design, skilled in combining software such as Rhino NURBS modeling and SubD (T-Spline) modeling, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Blender, MarvelousDesigner, etc. Capable of using shortcuts and advanced techniques to quickly create multiple complex surface models for aesthetic evaluation of product design.
o Accomplished in rendering techniques, proficient in using KeyShot node materials map and animation rendering, and capable of utilizing Blender's Eevee rendering.
o Competence in AI-aided product design, highly proficient in all parameters and prompt writing rules for Midjourney, and skilled in using Stable Diffusion, ChatGPT, DALL-E, Vizcom, Adobe Firefly, and Comfy UI to support the product design process.
